• Molybest does not make any health claims about Kratom and supplies it strictly as a raw botanical product for research, formulation, or processing.

• All orders are subject to availability, confirmation, and minimum quantity requirements.

• Pricing is based on product type, order volume, and delivery destination. We reserve the right to change prices at any time prior to order confirmation.

• Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of payment or formal agreement.

• We export Kratom under Thai law using licensed international logistics partners.

• All shipping and customs clearance responsibilities, including fees, duties, and import paperwork, lie with the buyer.

• Molybest is not liable for delays or losses caused by customs seizures or regulatory issues in the destination country.

Due to the nature of the product and international regulations:
 

• All sales are final once an order is confirmed and shipped.

• We do not accept returns or offer refunds, except in cases of proven product defect or shipping error on our part.

Molybest shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:
